Good morning, Crookedcreekjersey: I don't have your model tractor, but many have radius rods (or arms), to stabilize the front axle, they connect to the axle near the king pin, the rear of the radius connects to a bracket on side of transmission or nearby. On many tractors, you can unbolt the pivot at the rear (transmission end) of the radius rod, then see if you can move the radius easily or if it is stuck where it bolts to the axle.
