Where is the serial number located? I
found this plate on it. I have found them
priced in around this condition from 200
to 450.

Mine has a plate on the frame that says Western Am. Ind.[ WI-173-1 ] The Gibson Company was sold a couple of times and not much information is left for them. They did have about 4 models. Some have hoods and are a pretty nice looking tractor. Just have fun with it.

I have not bought it sir. He already has one guy who says he is going to come back for it. If it falls through he is going to give me a call. I just thought it was a neat looking tractor. I know it is not running and it needs tires all way around. I looked them up and seen them for sale from $200 up to $1,850 (restored). He said he thinks he may have a plow for it also.

The serial number on mine is stamped in the left frame rail, below the engine mount. For only having been built for 3 years, it is surprising how many still exist.
