For a 5.9 cummins . Installed new vanes new seals and a new powersteering pump .

45 years ago I bought a retired man's tools. Included was a belt driven vacuum pump that he claims came off an old semi. The vacuum pump was powered with a 1/4 hp electric motor and he used it to pump down AC units. It still works. It looked old 45 years ago. Betting it has to be 60 or 70 years old.

Thanks . These arent too bad to reseal . Ive never replaced the vanes before but I thought it I would try it this time

Did that on a 99 24 valve I used to own. Wasnt too bad of a job. I bought the parts from Genos Garage. The instructions recommended a half moon wrench for the one bolt. Once I got started I could see why ! What a pita !

Thats where I get my parts from they are a good company. I dont have very many half moon wrenches a flex head gear wrench works for most things
