Looks like Cultivator shields to me. they wnet over the row so it didn't get covered up on the first trips through with small plants.

Tunnel shields for row crop cultivator. Prevents dirt from covering small plants in row.

Generic. Usually aftermarket. Modify mounting brackets to fit whatever.
