Any Perkins experts?

Got a bobcat 843 with Perkins 2.5 liter 4 cylinder.
All the overhaul kits shown on Yesterdays Tractor
for 2500 cc are all 3 cylinder. I googled 4.154 but
the kits that surface there are either 4.108 or 4.203.
Will either of these kit fit in a 4.154 block ? Thanks,

I agree with color green, doing a bit of searching it looks to me like Perkins is a lot like Ford...let me see do I have a Cleveland, a Windsor or a Modified? I would definitely talk with person before you order a nickels worth of parts for this thing. And they better be asking for your engine tag numbers. If it seems like it is not a straightforward deal I would probably go to Cat as well, they gobbled up Perkins some time back. Maybe some Perkins guru will come along and set us all straight.
 
I have no idea what you have. I had an ASV mini track loader with a Cat engine. Which was really a Shibaura, but it also had the Perkins name on it! So, tread carefully! When I worked on one of these engines, I had a terrible time with aftermarket parts. Much to my surprise, Caterpillar treated me the best!

Found some on the net! I have an 843 but it has an Isuzu engine, been a good machine!

A 2.5 4 cyl engine is 152 cubic inches, bore is going to be smaller than 3 cyl kits.
 
No go on the Cat dealer. They are not Perkins distributors. Parts by Cat part numbers only. This engine was never in a Cat vehicle. Can get Perkins power unit parts if engine was marketed by Cat , but this one never was.
