Grist Mill or what

I picked up a FM ZC 118 and looking for some kind of mill to grind corn to make corn meal or Cracked corn for chicken feed, or to mill rice. I know nothing of mills. Who knows what is out there and what I need to look for in a mill? Names and models of mills, prices, etc... Someone please school me on what I need and need to look for. I would like something for display at shows.
Thanks for the help.

Might post over on SmokeStak site, lots of H&M advice there. I think a 118 is about 6 HP? Not going to run too big of a grinder, here is one link:

I had a Letz 10 burr mill and it would load a 10HP pretty hard on corn. Letz seemed most common here in the midwest.
The 10 refers to the size of the grinding disk inside the housing. The knob moved the stationary plate closer to the disk, making the grind finer. A good burr mill can make flour. I liked my chicken feed cracked but not ground too fine. International also made grinders to match their small engines. C.S.Bell was another brand of that period. Many converted coffee grinders from hand to belt as well. Sounds like a fun project.

For chicken feed a Burr mill would be ideal, if the burr's are fair condition it will make a nice feed, but even a hammer mill with the right screen and right RPM, will work also, chicken feed doesn't have to be a certain size kernal,or just feed millet, almost a perfect feed and size, about 85% the feed value of corn!
