Makes me wonder what other buildings were once there. BTW, my dad in law had a crib like that, held about 12,000 bushels. He ran
a propane burner to finish drying the corn similar to regular driers that he ran for several days. I've never known anyone else
to do that with a crib.
 
Could have been a complete farmstead; or could have been nothing. My inlaws have one all alone along the edge of a field. The crib was built in the 50's, and there were no buildings ever there. Seems odd, like it would have invited theft, but it is what is.
