Looks like one of those HF trailers they sell. The duct tape would be the strongest part of that trailer.

See something similar about any night I go out on I-35 going south. A slow moving caravan of loaded down vehicles headed to the border at around 50 mph. Always wondered how much stolen stuff they were carrying. Steal something one night and the next night it is in Texas already and moving further south.

That was probably outside of the Minneapolis PD's jurisdiction. Also no air freshener in sight, no reason to stop the vehicle.

Gotta tell you, it's something I would do to get the trailer home, and don't you dare call the cops on me because you're infringing on my freedom!

A rollback ride would cost more than the trailer and its contents are worth, and if I left it on the side of the road to go get another trailer, it wouldn't be there when I got back.
