966 steering arm

Need steering arm for my 966 international. Number stamped on top is RMC 1005R. It has 17 splines. Can't seem to find one any where with that number of splines. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello Steer welcome to YT! I agree they may be difficult to
find but harder yet if you are not using the IH part number.
That number is a casting number. Just looking quickly the
IH number for the left arm on one of the axle options is
405459R1. Right at the moment for some reason the CNHI
online parts book is off line. But I will link another site
avspare that will give you the same numbers. In the link
sections 14-03 and 14-05 are the options because you are
not saying it is a high crop model. To see the diagram more
clear click on them to open them as a pic. Then Google the part numbers given to find availability. Also I have
never tried to order parts from them as they are an airplane
parts buisness, that for whatever reason has the IH
diagrams. Also beware it is very pop up add heavy. One
other possibility is your tractor has an aftermarket wide
front. If the part that the axle pin goes through to pivot on is
fabricated from plate steel and not cast it is an aftermarket
unit Schwartz and Speeco are a couple brands.

All States At Parts has them. I had a set but sold them last weekend at the LeSueur swap meet.

Surprised they did not show up from ASAP when I

Number per fiat site is 531249R2 and 531248R2 They also fit several different models including the 10and 1466. There is also another number listed and claimed limited availability.
