Bobcat 463 brakes won't engage

I just got a Bobcat 463 skid steer. It's in good shape, but the brakes don't engage. The Bobcat service manual is useless in this case, and on line all I find is how to release the brakes if it won't move. Everything else seems to work well, but it would be nice to have a parking brake. Any ideas?

Usually its the other way, park brake will not disengage. So the previous owner may have disengaged the park brake or the locking pin may be broke. The video will give you the location of where to look for the brake.

Thank you, Tony. That video explains what I needed to know; when I got the machine the solenoid appeared to be brand new, and both wire harnesses were disconnected, so I'm thinking you are correct, that the previous owner had a problem with the brake, disconnected it, and put the machine up for auction. I was surprised the Bobcat service manual had zero information, but that's what YT forums are for, right?
