Probably none. My guess is they don't bother chaining anything down because they're not going far or fast. 10-20MPH is 10-20 times as fast as one of those big track shovels can go on its own.
 
From what I can see of the yellow one in the top
picture, looks like the style built by Unit Rig in
Conroe, Texas back in the 80s.
Usually seen with a dump bed on back, first Ive
seen with a fifth wheel and trailer.
Sitting in the cab to drive, feels like you are
driving a house.
