Club Insurance

Just why organize then you are liable for all kinds of stuff local and
state and federal laws telling you what you can and cannot do you will not like
the premium so where will that money come from then you will need a laywer to
write up stuff for what stop and think what you are about going to do

I think that any agent that deals with agricultural assets should be able to help or direct you to somebody that can.

Go to the website of any club that you are familiar with. One of the clubs that I belong to has mandatory insurance to participate in tractor pulls. $15.00/ year. Super expensive.

I would start by contacting a local independent insurance agent. The cost and coverage can vary buy state. Our club pays like $300 per event for a $1M cap. A $1M cap is the bare minimum coverage anymore. If you are wanting to put on a pull at some place like a fairgrounds the cap is now $2M minimum. It's not cheap, but neither are lawyers and a lawsuit.

I would suggest your club become a member of EDGE&TA.
The club can get very reasonable insurance there.

I think I broke the code you used in your message Gene. Why not just purchase insurance from EDGETA (as someone else mentioned) or from your insurance agent. Perhaps you have lawyers in your family and are drumming up a little business, otherwise I find your reply confusing in more than one way.
