Plow bottoms are getting heavier

As I get older got two on tonight now Im up from 2 bottoms to four

I hook the plow to the tractor. Set a bottom on the ground then set the plow down on top of that bottom. Lift the oppisite side up onto the frame and stab one bolt.Then you got it. That way you only have to wrestle with one.Done a lot of them over the years....
 
Ive hung more bottoms on this thing than the guy at the assembly line I usually go about it like you said but I didnt have a tractor home
 
I'm like you on the 'bottom hanging' thing. However,I think I would wait till I had a tractor available. Those things are darn heavy!!The next time I think I'll hang em off the loader. LOL
 
Never have been able to rip a John Deere bottom off or break any of the trip mechanism either but I dont have a two way yet
