I have a 340 ford that is having issues with a part the book calls a valve gear assembly #17.
There is a part broken causing an O ring to leak fluid out rapidly. I took the part to a local small tractor shop to get the part. I was told that the part broken was cast with the assembly. I'm not sure that is the case though. Can anyone tell me if it is part of the cast assembly? If so where can I buy another one? if this is a replaceable part where can I get one also?
