Trying to identify

We have this old implement on the property we bought. We think it is a grinder of some sort. Can someone help identify it. If it is we would like to try and get it working to use it.

As a new user, you need to either:

1. Make a few posts/replies before photo posting is permitted... I think the number is 5.

2. Scroll down to the Site Comments forum and post there asking for permission to post pics - not sure how quick the response will be, being that it's a weekend.

3. Or email the moderater... but I can't remember the email. It's SupportAT______?

4. You might be able to use the Feedback Form to send a note too. It's on the left side of the page under Miscellaneous.
