Hey. Can someone tell me where i can find a new leather for the power lift piston?. I have a john deere B sn 228964.

Called JD about the leather cup for my 42 H lift cylinder.
That found a few around the country but wanted $80 plus for one.
I said no thanks.

The p/n for the leather cup on the power lift piston is B1145R. It's still available from Deere for $39.
If you google B1145R there are a lot of other sources at about the same price.

Unfortunately. Our JD dealer closes at noon saturdays so now i have to wait till monday. And then another great weekend working on the tractor. Haha

Your JD dealer will not have the leather cup in stock and he'll have to order it.
Tell him to place it on his routine stock order so you won't have to pay any shipping charge. This will
not add to the shipping time.
