For sure!
A lifetime ago, I was a forklift mechanic for a place that had about 30 POS lifts. It kept me busy. Anyway, I worked with about 9 other guys in the shop, all of us practical jokers. At the time, I drove a Dodge Ramcharger. I'm not a Dodge man at all, but the vehicle was pretty cool. 4WD, factory roll bar, tall tires that raised it up a couple of inches and a pretty paint job. Except for the fact it got 8 mpg no matter what...
Anyway, that Dodge also had the chrome spring-loaded ram head on the hood. It was a favorite attraction to one guy in the shop, as he would twist it 90 or 180 and leave it there just to think he was funny. It didn't bother me, but he thought he was being a real smarty. One day, I put a light coating of anit-seize on the ram head. I knew when he was going to twist it and right after it happened, I asked him to show his hands. You should have seen the puzzlement on his face as he was wondering how his one hand was full of anti-seize. He never touched it again and nine other guys got a good laugh about it.

Reminds me of when I worked in a printing shop back in the 80's.

12 hour night shift 7 days a week during the busy season people came up with some interesting ways of passing the time.

One fellow we worked with rolled up an aluminum printing plate into the shape of a megaphone and every 10 minutes or so he would pick it up and ramble on about whatever was on his mind, it started off entertaining but before long most of us had heard enough.

I waited until he left his press to go to the washroom and while he was gone I applied a very small amount of silver ink on the mouth end of his megaphone.

The silver matched the color of the aluminum plate perfectly and it's not like he had a mirror handy at his press so it was almost an hour before he realized where the silver was coming from.

By this time in addition to his chrome lips you could see every spot on his head, face and arms where he had rubbed, scratched or picked, the silver ink spreads just as bad as anti seize.

Layout fluid dries almost immediately, Prussian blue spotting compound takes weeks to dry. It's the spotting compound that turns people into smurfs.
