This could be you. For the serious rust-addict,

[b:852546758e][i:852546758e]guaranteed hours of fun and enjoyment for all ages.[/i:852546758e][/b:852546758e]

I'm always curious to see what old iron like this will fetch. In the interest of full disclosure, I'm currently the high bidder but that won't last long. I checked the bidding at $6.00 and bumped it up a few notches and no I won't say what my maximum bid is but I THINK I'm safe.

I'm going to need someone to buy this. (Note: This is NOT my machine, just a piece of old rust I found when I previewed the sale)

auction is in Maryland, Gregory Warfield auctioneers and it's a hibid online sale. I'll provide a link.

Spent a lot of hours on one like that. Was real fun lining up the rear drive pully on the back of the tractor with belt to the
thrashing machine. And getting the tension on the belt just right. All done looking over your shoulder.

Decent looking tractor. I have 4 Cletracs. At one point had
around 30 with Dad.

Just remember that tractor is a farm tractor, not an industrial
dozer.

(quoted from post at 12:06:23 03/23/21) Better hope Josh and Ira don't see it.

I don't plan to buy, I just like getting in on the bidding same as when I'd attend the live, standing-around auctions. Not the same but it'll have to do.

(quoted from post at 00:14:03 03/24/21) Haven't talked to them lately do know Ira was having health problems.Need to give josh a call.

I stopped in just last week, was up in their neck of the woods. No one around but I see they pulled the motor from their old rollback Ford. About a year ago I bought a part from Ira, he seemed to be doing well.

That hydraulic unit that is v-belt driven off the flat belt pulley.

I have never seen one used on anything else but under the hood of early Jeeps.

I saw the "Hy-Lo-Jeep" markings on it, figured it was something someone added on.
