KCM.....I clicked on the tractor puzzle and the tractor seat 'rust' puzzle today and from both got the message: 'The custom jigsaw puzzle subject failed to load. Ensure the image link used to create this puzzle points to a valid JPG, PNG, or GIF image file.'
For the last year or so I have thoroughly enjoyed working the puzzles you post daily and want to say thank you again for them. Keep up the excellent work!

This kind of puzzle trouble has happened a couple other times in the past. There can be a number of possible reasons. Chris explained it to me some time back. YT's Chris did a wonderful job of explaining it to me some time back, even though he was swamped with other work. So in a nutshell, here's what happens. Apparently Kim added some sort of pagespeed thing in order to make the site run faster. Due to various different problems in the network, Google may choose to update its stuff and instead of giving Jigex a pic URL of
https://forums.yesterdaystractors.com/photos/xmvphoto61017.jpg
it ends up giving them the URL of
https://forums.yesterdaystractors.com/photos/xmvphoto61017.jpg.pagespeed.ic.5Pd7yiRV9U.webp
These are (as I understand it) both the same URL, but Google adds that .[i:989835c5ea]pagespeed.ic.5Pd7yiRV9U.webp[/i:989835c5ea] part now and then which screws things up.
Wait a little while and try again. It may already be working correctly by the time I write this!

I did try again and both puzzles worked this time. The 'rust' puzzle took me longer than I thought it would. Many thanks.
