Thanks . I have plows coming out both ears already

F130 John Deere
F145h John Deere
314 ihc rollover
642 ihc rollover

And I dont have 1400.00 into the whole bunch the only one that I bought not field ready was the f145 needs a set of wheel bearings and a moldboard

You did good on that ! Even with 50$ scrap you coulda almost made your money back . Not that anyone should scrap something like that .

Used equipment prices are only related to current demand, not the cost to manufacture.

I'm like you. I have plows comeing out of my ears too.5 or six (possibly more) at last count. Yesterday I watched a nearly new condition (obviously plowed very little ground) 314 (3x16) sell for 800. It had remnants of gold paint and different decals. Made me wonder if it had been a 'Gold Demonstrator'.

SV, there is something weird about the Nortrac and the other black plow- pictures almost look like the forward bottom turns right into the rear bottom!
Or it's just goofy camera angles...

At first look I was going to say the first and third plows you show are examples of ..reverse engineering.. gone bad. But studying them closer ..whether this is actually better or worse?.. I think they were both just assembled wrong. In both cases if the entire frame section the bottoms bolt to that lays horizontal was flipped 180 degrees and reassembled the bottoms would then trail correctly. SV in this case your term ..citiot.. may actually apply.

I went to the web site, it actually shows a picture of them using the plow assembled that way. Although the picture is not great of what the plowed area looks like, it is just as you would expect. Basically a double wide furrow with a double tall windrow of soil trailing off the second moldboard. LOL..LOL!! Should have posted in Modern so I could put in a couple laughing to tears emojis SV liked so much. See link, you have choose the pictures to the right below the photo. And good thing he has his mask on in the middle of an open field!
Lol link

I am surprised you do not have a comment about the incorrect assembly, maybe you are no understanding what I am saying. To assemble correctly pull the bottoms off and the top link connection wishbone. Flip the main plow frame over reinstall the wishbone on the opposite side and reinstall the bottoms on the opposite side of the frame from what the original picture showed. Plow bottoms will now trail properly, 2nd bottom turning soil over into the 1st bottoms furrow.

I think you better buy one and show us how its done Because I dont know how and the company that made it obviously doesnt
