Issues with Fastenal shipping

This has been one of the more frustrating experiences to ship an item yet. The Fastenal website will not process the request for a quote, which is required to ship an item. After filling in all required information (including all indicated by the red asterisk), uploading a picture and clicking the acknowledgement of user understanding, the last send request is non-functional. Has anyone else run in to this?

My local fastenal will not do business
with the general public anymore, you
must have a account with them etc.

I bought a heavy duty milling table on Ebay a few years ago. The seller shipped it by Fastenal. Was supposed to come to a store 10 miles from me. That store knew nothing about it. The employee called all the stores within 100 miles of them. Finally found a store 70 miles away that got a pallet with no contact information with it. They tore into it and saw what it was and called me back. Had to drive to them to pick it up.

Fastenal will not ship west of the continental divide.

Maybe the shipping service is still suspended. Due to the vyrus.
There was a note on their website saying so a up to a couple of months ago.

"Shipping services are not available between the East and West Zones shown in map above.

Quotes are given to and from stores that are approved for shipping at this time. Not all branches are eligible for service.

Sure did. Its a store-to-store shipment from Easton, PA to Norfolk, Va. Web browser is Safari. Phone number was a computer assist. Even the employee at the Easton store couldnt get it to work. Very frustrating.

Mine quit taking cash so told them they apparently don't want my business and have not been back in over a year now. This was before all the china flu BS.

How heavy is the package? Last price quote I got FedEx beat Fastenal's price.
