Despite rumors they went out of business, I finally got the talk to a real person, after many attempts to call and full mailboxes. Even got a message from Verizon, that number is no longer available a few times.
I talked to Kim in parts. She is emailing me a UPS return label for a cylinder I ordered last June.

I think they have phone issues or Verizon has issues or both.
I'm relieved Terramite is live. Not sure if they are well.
