I looked in some papers I had from a class o took to renew my pesticide license and any NH3 tank under 1200 gallon of water volume is exempt from osha regulations. That is why you see the double tanks but not larger tanks. Not sure if that applies to hauling on a trailer. O those are not placards they are steal me signs for meth heads!
