You guys are at it before Bruce is milking cows.

These aren’t mine, but when I was a little BTO I ran a big spread. I was farming everything between the Privet Hedge and the cedar trees. Then a couple summers I rented a sections by the Peonies where the chickens dusted themselves. That was tough farming. Too much crop loss there. Anyway I had 2- 8000s that were my main horse power. They were study big tractors but they were prone to front spindle failure from all the roading.

db4600. I had a set like the top picture when I was a kid. One day I will find another set for my collection.

I don't have anything blue and don't own this Ford, but I grew up driving it and my brother still owns it.

I ,brushed painted the Ford script testor blue everywhere I could find them in the Fordson castings to be included ,ok ✅

I found this 2000 in 2019 for a hay customer of mine.

cvphoto75694.jpg

that is it for blue around here.

This is the closest thing I have to Blue.

I retired the Jubilee last year. Replaced by Kubota

The places with no grass used to be mole hills before the almost 5000# lawn roller flatten them.

It's still a good tractor. My boy has expressed an interest in it some day.

This 6" bore bronze mortar is located at Alnwick Castle In Northumberland UK. It points over the Aln river that passes the castle on the north. Nice patina

Here’s our 2 642 Ford combines. The one unloading into the cart is a hydrostatic with a mud hog the other one is a gear drive. Both great machines.

with that trash barrel belonging to the SEMO District Fair you must live within driving distance of Cape Girardeau, Mo. I live west of Jackson, Mo and try to make it to the fair every Sept.

The Percy heritage is still strong. I managed to wave at the Duke and He me as he drove past (inside the castle) in his Rover. I was doing curriculum development with St. Cloud State University and its program at Alnwick. Is your link with the percy family, or earlier?

I was hoping to see a 4600 by now, but maybe later. Pa
bought a brand new 4600D w/ FEL in ‘78. That was our
manure loading, rock digging, snow moving, wood hauling, go
to tractor for the next 20 years until Ma sold the farm. It wasn’t
flashy, but it was dependable. He bought it from Kaeter &
Odegard in St. Cloud for around 7k. My sister still has the
paper work cuz Ma didn’t throw anything away.

As previously mentioned, it was made by O&R Engines, Los Angeles, California.
I bought it at a farm sale a couple of years ago. They pulled a trailer out of the shed that probably had 30+ different-branded chain saws and the winning bidder got to pick which one he wanted. My winning bid allowed me to pick this Ford chain saw. I wish I had a dollar that day for everyone who came up to me and said they had also bid and wanted that Ford chain saw. I could have easily paid for it.

On a more serious note, this is the Ford blue that my son wears at work. He works on the "nnalert floor" at a major hospital in Texas.
You can clearly see the blue Ford logo on the mask.

The only blue I own. Got a good deal and it’s a dandy little take tractor for the old side takes.

Nice, I have a 84 Scottsdale, not in as good of shape as that one. I had almost forgot how good looking those trucks are,

Little one is an '84 1210. 3 cyl Shibaura engine, hydro-static 2 range transmission, front wheel assist. Rotated the exhaust up and added extension when I added the Du-all loader later. 3600 hours- just had the pump gone through and injectors cleaned.

Thanks!

I have a Shibaura SD1400B and I'm looking for the Ford equivalent, if there is one. Keep hoping I can find some rear-end parts for it. It's a 2 cylinder diesel with a 4 speed gear trans and a 2 speed rear. Everything on it is perfect except it shucked the ring and pinion.

2 Ford 2000 tractors sold in Canada from 1962 to 1964, The first pic is the UK Fordson Super Dexta sold here as the Ford 2000 diesel, Both tractors were excellent in my opinion.

(quoted from post at 17:51:56 02/10/21) you need to elaborate on the two headed pickup. Is it yours? Did you build
it ?

No, it was at a cruise night in Atkinson NH in August of last year.
