We got 4" of snow last night and 30-40 MPH winds, so a little clearing this morning.

I got about the same, didn't think wet snow could drift like that. I spent at least two hours last night trying to get the driveway open and snow pushed back. Think it was drifted shut before I put the tractor away. No ditch by the highway any more so this morning so I've been backing up about two hundred feet and dragging it back as far as I can.

Now that it's open I'm going get my blower out there and get it up into the wind.

We have a good 12-16" laying on the ground with drifts higher.

This week is going to be cold, sub zero, but has been relatively warm wet winter.

Moisture is good, can't grow crops in a desert.

It looks like break in, and play, time for the new horse. That cab with heater and radio will spoil you, if you are not already spoiled.

Out west we didn't get much,maybe an inch it blew into the already cleaned spots from the foot last week. The problem I had was the rain ahead of the snow and the ground had thawed some. I kept gouging the rock underneath.
