Hydraulic Lines Replacement on a Lull - ANYONE DONE IT??

We have an older Lull 844C-42 and it has a bad hydraulic leak in the telescoping boom. We have looked in from the rear and all 4 hydraulic lines are in very poor shape and one of them has slipped off the plastic/nylon roller. How would one go in there to replace all 4 of those lines and fix it properly? There is a large link chain that holds tension. Surely someone on here has seen or done this??

I have never done it but from a recently completed project I can tell you to turn up the heat in the shop for a couple days in advance. If you don't have a heated shop wait until July

We can't tie our shop up with it in case customer work comes in. Plus our crane truck will have to assist in the job so we will have to do it outside.
