My dad had a woods loader that would do that from time to time. Take a block of wood and put it between the frame and the pad on the left side. Retract the tilt cylinders just enough to straighten the two pads.

The problem is that the tube connecting the two pads twists.
 
I bent mine once on my kubota while using my grapple somehow the brush caught the quick connect unleashing it I had to cut the pipe into that connects the two together then reweld it after hooking it back up
 


i looked at one on a Kubota that a fellow asked me about. He was having a lot of trouble to attach the tools. He had bent it when one side had not latched securely.
 

Had something similar happen on an NH loader, one pin didn't lock properly and twisted the tube between the sides. You might be able to untwist it, worse case cut the tube and reweld.

One reason I like Euro, both pins are in at same time and stronger connection.
