Interesting. Definitely an AC loader, made by Freeman. But both the side frames and the loader frame are longer than the one we had. Ours was the later one with two heavy pipes, vs the pipe and rod frame.
 
The odd thing about that loader is the tube frame is longer and there isn't a solid bar extension of the tube frame about 18" long from the front end of the frame out to
the pivot pin for the bucket like other such loaders I have seen. I wonder if it is a very early or late model? Also the A frames don't look just right. I say an early
model and it was refined later.
