I went on a site that I thought was an I&T Manual site. When it came up it was a site called eManuals. I paid for a Factory Service Manual for a Case 400 Diesel and they were supposed to email me the link for the download. I contacted them and received a reply telling me to; "use the download link to download the manual in incognito window of google chrome browser".
The word 'link' was highlighted in blue letters and underlined so I clicked on it thinking that was the download link, but up came a Parts Manual for a Case 420 skid steer. I replied back via the email they sent me, and advised them of the situation but haven't heard back from them.
Is this eManual outfit legitimate or should I be contacting PayPal to get my money back?
