How can a person actually look at the pictures they took and not think that with maybe just a little work to at least make it possible to see what is being sold? Maybe they are physically disabled or something, but wow is all I can say.

Dang, that's worse that the ad for a camp trailer I looked at yesterday. The ad said it was taken care of and well maintained. The pictures showed the interior looking like a dirty teenager's bedroom. If you can't even clean it up to sell it, I'm pretty sure you didn't do much maintenance.

I suspect he is reasonably sure that no one will buy it, so why waste my time to clear the vines off of it? But Honey, I tried to sell it but no one was interested.

I know someone looking for vines to make wreaths with. I think I will give him a call. It is worth a shot, I hope I am not interrupting his valuable time by asking if they are for sale. LOL

With the shift to online amateur auctioneers you find things like this. My favorite was a JD type E 1-1/2 with the water hopper tape over saying “missing gas cap”. Then there’s the local guy that has rubber pipe couplers and some used 5gal buckets listed on CL for the last 10 months. “Serious inquiries only”. There was a listing here on photo adds for a common make grain binder for close to a year. The picture showed a broken down platform with no reels, no tires, and sunk in the dirt. “Grandpa’s binder, $500 firm.”

You often see pictures that are taken so close that you can't tell what you are looking at. The local TV station must have had a change in news video editors. They used to open a video with a close-up that was left you wondering what you saw.

There is a Deere KBA pull type disc advertised here that is so covered in weeds and grass you have to almost imagine there is something in the pic. A chain and any vehicle could easily pull it out where a good pic could be taken. They are also asking twice or more of its value. Tom

Maybe just some guy that wants to send him a check for double and he can give him the change by money order to Nigeria.

"Dont waste my time." _Because I'm obviously too busy to even cut some vines off a loader so you can see it!

Looking at all four pictures you can easily see that this setting is many years in the making, which of course tells us that the advertiser is obviously well advanced in age, which tells us that he is very likely significantly disabled. "Don't waste my time" tells us that he is crotchety so he would fit in here just fine. Somebody give him a call and invite him on board :D

Can't beat the guy who, once a month, posts a whole page full of junk farm equipment to every Craigslist within 100 miles.

Example, Deere 8430 that has not been run in 5 years (actually now 7 or 8 because he's been advertising it that long), all for the low low price of $12,000 FIRM.

Example, Massey 2805, bad engine, multiple flat tires, looks like it's been used in a demolition derby. Good collector tractor, apparently. Could be yours today for $6000, FIRM.

I think he's been reported, though. Can't find any of the ads now.

I have a feeling those vines are going to green up come Spring to hide that loader frame for yet another year. Property is a mess by the pictures.

Might be a person or couple of advanced age who lack help to clean up the items for sale. Also, people cling to ideas of what things were worth just a decade ago. Abusers of Craigslist are people who have tractors advertised for twice the money that they were worth on their best day many years ago. I check for JD 630's and there was one that I thought was worth close to the asking price. It sat for years online. I asked someone else I know that is into 2 cylinder tractors and was told that the seller is a kook and was looking to pick a fight as soon as you got out of your vehicle at his place to talk to him.
