JM, I would like to get some cast center wheels for my 7040. When I bought it I cheaped out and got the stamped centers, and I would like to get away from having calcium in my tires while the rims are still in good shape. If you have time txt, or call me at 606-767-2o1o or email me at [email protected]. Thanks

Why not just change out the CaCl for Washer fluid? Not as heavy as CaCl, but probably heavier than cast centers. I've had it in this tractor in SE MI for 8 years and real happy with the added traction it provides. I grade a 800' gravel drive pulling a 6' box blade and it doesn't spin out with the blade full going up hill.

Cast centers alone will be considerably less heavy than CaCl filled tires and they are expensive.

Why not remove the tires, pressure wash EVERYTHING, and refill with Rimguard?

I have Kubota with cast centers and fluid :) Have best of it all.

Do you have tubes in your rims?

Have a 30 year old tractor on original rims, CACL since new. Never had a flat. Put new tires & tubes in it a few years back, rims were still like new.

I have a M7060 with cast wheels. As long as I have an implement on the back I don’t have an issue with the rear end being too light but would still like to get some wheel weights... your cast wheels are $1,200 a piece from messicks and they are typically the cheapest on Kubota parts. You might be better off just getting 2 or 3 sets of wheel weights. I personally don’t like fluid even though it is the cheapest weight...
