A young mans toy. To much work to climb up to get in them anymore. Hard on the knees. I drove one of those hauling sugar beets back in the 80's an Astro in the 90's for the same thing.

The 1936 is my favorite probably because that's the year I was born. Yes, it had a Ford flathead V8 in the rear. A car well ahead of its time and very costly. Around $5000 at the time. Only a few were built and something like maybe five are left in existence. Thank you for noticing. The blue one pictured below was the last one made in about 1946. Quite attractive, I think.

The farm I worked on while in high school had a mid-sized AC dozer that they did job work with. The guy that ran the dozer had a green Chevy cabover with a barely adequate trailer to haul the dozer. My memory of the truck, dozer and trailer includes old Bob with his cap turned backwards, leaning out the drivers door window and grinding his way out the lane to another dozer job.
