Split a '49 cub today. New throw out bearing and clutch adjustment. Took 3 hours. Then we pulled both final drives and replaced seals. Cleaned the brakes by soaking them with brake cleaner and sticking them in the fire in wood stove. Grease bubbled right out and burnt off. Tried to fire up the tractor for a test drive and the switch melted! Darn. Couple new wires and new switch. It runs and drives.....and stops.

You need to have your shop set up like my shop is it would cut the tiem to do things in half due to the chain hoists and being able to move things around. I can do a clutch job on an 8N ford in just over 2 hours
