9N temporary fuel tank

I read (somewhere) of several options for a temporary fuel tank on a 9N Ford after removing the hood & its fuel tank. Could somebody tell me where that is so I might add my version of a temporary setup? Thank You!

That has been talked about many many times over the years. I've used a lawn mower gas tank on many tractors and even cars and trucks

Try to figure a way to shut off the gas in case the carburetor has issues.

That is easy you just move the 1 quart gas tank below the carb that way no gas get to the carb

This is the temporary fuel cell that came on the 880 when I bought it, it had an inline filter added
to it.

Here's my concoction! I drilled a hole in the plastic bottle & screwed a barbed fitting smeared with gorilla glue into it. The rest is obvious.

Well, Old Henry Ford always said that alcohol was a much "nicer" fuel than gasoline. I'm not sure that was what he had in mind, though. (;>))
