Not Quite Yesterdays Tractor

(quoted from post at 19:01:44 01/07/21) Nice video. Too bad he didn t spring for the MFWD option as it looks like he could have used it.
That was a pretty expensive option at the time and the only time we really needed it much was in a wet spring when all the low spots had water or mud. Just had to drive around them and leave a little distance.

(quoted from post at 19:18:16 01/07/21) Great video. Thank you for posting. I always enjoy your videos here and on YouTube.
Just to clarify, that is not my video but a good friend I've known for years who puts these old VHS tapes together. I post the links here in case anybody might be interested to see how farming was done in Sask. 30 some years ago.

Thanks . I never could understand why anyone would want an end wheel drill instead of a press drill I guess price . I can’t see much need for mfwd on a job like that. I need to to get any closer to the mud hole than that I don’t know how much heavy fall tillage you do but then mfwd when it gets late in the year

It might not have showed in the video but I think you can be pretty sure this operator would follow that safety procedure. I do myself with my equipment as I have miles of public road to travel. Thankfully very little traffic.
