It was a good year

Strange year. Sometimes a challenge. Different. But good. Pictures of a few tractors we bought this year. One cub is in the barn now. Thinking it's going to live here, with cultivators. Garden was good. Learned how to bale hay.....still learning?? Met Richard G when he picked up his picker. Quick trip to Indiana for a hay tedder. Would have loved to stop and visit some YT family on this trip but it was during the virus. No need to gamble. 1000+ texts to Sprint6 and he walked us through injector cups and glow plugs on the Ford 7.3. We were scared to tackle it ourselves, but it's done! Many thanks! Also thank you to everyone here who helps keep our fleet of old tractors and equipment running. Looking forward to another year!

Kids are all well and we added a grand daughter to the family.

Happy New Year to you and your family!! Looks like you had a busy, fun year!! Nice collection!!

Happy New Year Kevin and all the family.
Great photos.
I really enjoyed my visit with yall.
Richard, Miss V, and the blind Bear

And you could always get in the photo lay out business. Good job on the pictures. Happy New Year and many more tractors to you.

Wow!! Y'all are a bunch of busy folks!! Nice pictures, good looking equipment and the blue berries too!! Happy New Year!! May we all be blessed with good health and prosperity. I pray every day for this nnalert-19 mess to be gone.

Kevin.... And that is not to mention a full time "real" job. Your parents taught you the right work habits . Your wife and children are gifted with the same gifts. That is a whole lot of accomplishments. Wingnut

Indeed it was a good year as it was for me too, despite the challenges we all had to face. Hopefully 2021 will be a good year as well too, bit without the challenges and changes we had to deal with.....wishful thinking. Happy new year!

Was also a pretty good year for me,picked up a few good tractors, made a some good deals, sold some things I wanted to send down the road.My health has been good. Can't ask for more than that.

OK, first things first. The picture of your dear wife working on the pickup makes my knees and back hurt! LOL Good for her. But the rest of the pictures are great. I have a Massey 175 I should paint purple if and when I ever get it running. On second thought maybe I should paint my little buddy, the SC Case purple. (yeah, I know, Case guys). Purple was one of the school colors when I was in school.

Down on the farm here in northwest Iowa I can't say we had a bad year. The crops went in easy last spring and the yields were surprisingly better then I expected after the hot dry August we had. Marilyn and I survived a bout with nnalert without side effects that I know of as did my daughter in law and one granddaughter. My son's feed trailer leasing business and feed trucking business seems to be doing well and his oldest daughter is high up there in the ranks with her barrel racing. The buckle she won is almost bigger than she is!

Our oldest granddaughter is established in the cosmetology business and is in the beginning stages of shopping for a house of her own, her two younger sisters are in college working toward a career of their own someday.

My dad's passing was a bummer for me along with selling his house but in reality it was joyful to know he is finally in heaven with my mother.

I am very aware of our country's problems and the heartache of those who are out of a job, those who were forced to close their business and also those who lost loved ones suddenly due to the new illness.

I am pretty darned lucky with my general health. A few glitches have come up mainly due to age but it is nothing like what Loren is going through and all of you others who are stuck with an unfortunate serious painful life threating illness.

So to sum it up I don't look at 2021 as a new beginning for me. I look at 2021 as an extension of the blessings life has given me. I feel very fortunate.

Have a happy new year everyone. Keep your chin up.

Tucker....at some point the Massey will get paint. Gotta fix leak in power steering and torque converter and fix 3 point hitch. Needs counter weight. Great running tractor. Handy as a shirt pocket!

Happy New Year to you and your whole family. I really enjoy the pictures and post you put on here. The only thing is, that I have always done my own mechanical work and made a living doing it for some time, but I never work on carburetors, so I envy your wife. Good Luck to you all.

It was a good year here as well . You have quite the haying operation going and you guys sure can whip an old tractor into shape .

Another of my personal believes is that each of us will live the life we have chosen for ourselves. There aren't any do overs. Just keep moving forward. Your life is what you make of it. Good Luck everyone.
