I have lost a part

Working on the brakes on an M Farmall. I have lost the pin that goes through the brake cover to the frame of the tractor. The one that the two ends of the brake band fit to with the two little triangle pieces welded on. Without going into too much detail, I have looked for two days. Most of you will know what it looks like without a picture. It is the left one, but I don't know if they can be switched from side to side. To make matters worse it is the side for my M&W hand clutch. Does anybody know if it was modified (slightly longer) for the hand clutch? Anybody happen to have one? Thanks, Ellis

I just go get the wife to have a look, and there it is, two inches from where I have spent an hour looking.

Happens to us all . Like someone else said first thing to do when you lose something Is go buy or order a new one time you get back from town or the credit card clears for the new Part lo and behold There’s the one you couldn’t find

I can't live without a long magnet for the ground, a flex cable with a magnet, and a flex cable with a grabber on the end. Got to quit working on things in the grass.

Well, Ellis, it won't make you feel any better, because we all could see it sitting right there, you just wouldn't listen to us when we were yelling at the computer.

Yep. And about 500 of us were yelling at you not to drop the darn thing.
