hi...happened across a 1981 AC 6080..with the SN-60801981..it maches the year it was made...i belive they only made 6 thousand something of these tractors...and unless im wrong this tractor is one of a kind?....is it worth keeping?....does this make it worth anything more than it is as it sets?.....thanks

We had a Holstein named EndWrench because she had a one yard long patch of spot that was a combination wrench in appearance. She produced no
more than average milk. Unless you found a numerologist that was a farmer that had a collection of serial number coincidences, I would say nope.

Beatty welcome to YT! In general the unique or sought after serial numbers of a production run tend to be the
1st and last ones produced. And if the model is not a somewhat popular model in general as an example a
John Deere 4020 the additional worth of these units may not be all that significant. As Jim pointed out this unit
will most likely be capable of doing the same amount of work as ..1980 or ..1982.

6K built is average production in the
tractor world. It's value lies in its
usefulness as a workhorse.
