"Level Plains" Alabama. Grandfathers farm, 260 acres all
in a row. Grandma and Papa raised nine children in a two
barrel shotgun house.
My mother gave me and two younger brothers all the love
and precious memories a soul could offer.
Sandy bottom land made a lot of dust when the wind blew
over the freshly plowed ground.
A bit of that dust was from some of the ell" we raised.
