I have to evaluate some machinery for a probate. I'm fine with values on older stuff from personal knowledge, but there are a few items that are newer and I'm not familiar with them. Anyone know of a site
with quick values for stuff less than 30 years old?
 
I would see if the items in question may be covered on auction time online. I find that the equipment that I checked out on there closely reflected the local auction market. Now if you want to see what the high end asking but not selling prices are then go to Tractor House.
 
Depends on how good of a deal you want to get this person. Auction Time & Equipment facts would be good for average prices. Tractorhouse & eBay would be alright if you wish to value a Farmall H or an 8N high enough to buy the person a new tractor or a condo. Tractorhouse would be good for getting an idea of prices on stuff that's fairly new.

You can look at auction results on Auction time to see what things really sold for. Probably a more accurate level of what things are really selling for. Of course you will want to probaly drop the top and bottom prices or compare conditions.
