The Kubota dealership I deal with has had a very strong year across all their market offerings. Tractors all sizes, hay equipment, lawn and garden and construction. Being close to the city helps sell a lot of toys too like side by sides.

Around her people a running around with trucks full of cash trying to buy homes. A friend who relocated recently told me that the going rate to buy or sell is $20,000 over the listed price. He missed three tries in trying to buy a new one before he caught on.

Around here we had record yields and beans were almost $12 at harvest so farmers have cash to spend or pay taxes.

Compared to last year when the sales were dismal. Many farmers had a new fleet before crop prices went down. They are now at the point where they need to spend money on repair or buy new.
