I have my antique cars with Hagerty and they do antique tractors too, so long as they are parade or display only. I have only one that would qualify but I keep it on my farm policy with the working tractors out of convenience. Still like to take it out and work it once in a while.

There are ads in the tractor magazines for Cappers Insurance, they are supposed to insure tractors, don't know anything about them. All my tractors are covered under my farm blanket for rides and shows.

Years ago I had a newly rebuilt John Deere, supposedly insured under farm policy, sitting under a tree. Storm came up one night and dropped a big branch on it, bent steering wheel and new seat and something else. Called agent within ten minutes of it happening. Oh, Sorry, that was an act of God, not covered.

Yip acts of God not covered on my policy either . Must be rough being an insurance man knowing how many people you screw a day

Call your local Mutual Insurance company.Probably will have the name of your county in their name.

Had a neighbors tree fall on my almost new high tensile woven wire fence. Agent said act of God not covered and neighbor is not responsible unless you can prove they knew it was unsafe.BTW I would be responsible if my livestock damaged there property if they got out from the damaged fence.

SVC ..... yeah, tough on the insurance company and the good lord is backing him up with a crappy excuse ..... LOL !!!

My banker said that if you have the money to replace what you have lost, then do not carry insurance on that item. Kind of makes sense to me. Lending institutions require ins.Paying for insurance can only be good for the ins. co. I carry only liability on my everyday work truck, that is the money maker.
