That's what I think of all the calls I get. Need a law to stop them from calling. I thought about doing the same thing.

Last week we got calls from the same robo call about every 12 minutes (we don't answer unknown numbers) ... a dozen calls in a couple hours until the wife unplugged the land line phone. The next day the same one resumed, this time the wife left the phone off the hook for a while. Had to be a compuker malfunction.. since then that one quit.

We get about 4 everyday, the machine answers the LL. We both carry cell phones,if someone wants us, either leave a message or send a text. And before someone tells me to cancel the LL. No LL, no internet,they won't sell on without the other.

My internet is AT&T DSL.
My LL is Verizon Home Phone. $16 a month. Don't know why I keep it.
