RTU questions

Snow melted so had a little time to play with the new RTU today. I actually think a lot of the paint is original, think I will keep it that way. Could someone tell me a Napa number for an oil filter for the engine? I only let it run long enough to get it off the trailer the other day but let it run for over an hour today. The longer it ran the better it sounded, no smoke, charges, has 45-50 psi oil pressure. Runs well enough to take off up the driveway in 4th gear. Would a 1947 originally have 7 inch guide lights? Pictures look like they are larger than Farmall? Thanks, Mike

I'm guessing yours would have the 7" lights with the flat lenses. Mine is a 1945 and looks pretty much identical to yours, and that's what it has.

The NAPA oil filter is a 7208. However, it is not the original metal one, but a sock type. Welters Farm Supply may be able to get the originals yet, but I would ask if they have been forced to go with the sock style too. 417-498-6496

I see a lot of indications that it has had multiple repaints but if you like it that way that is what counts.
