Oil filter for 8N Ford tractor

I have a Napa 1004 oil filter. Can it be used on an 8N Ford tractor

The correct filter is NAPA 1010. Your 1004 is about 7/16" taller.

I wouldn't think attempting to cram a taller filter into the canister would be a good idea, YAMMV!
