Hydraulic fluid levels with loader

So, I have this ford 2000 tractor and when I top off the differential fluid/hydraulic fluid I am supposed to have the lift arms up and any external cylinders extended. So when I retract them the fluid level will be too high. I wouldn't think this would be a bad deal on tractors with wet style brakes, however with my old ford it has external drum brakes and if the level is too high would that make it more likely to leak fluid past my axle seals out onto my brake shoes? Since I am in the process of replacing my axle seals and brakes right now, it got me thinking (possibly overthinking).

The 3 point cyl holds about a cup oil when filled. Loader oneway loader cyls mite hold 1/2 gallon each, 2 way cyls take out of top and put in bottom so there wood only be a cup difference because of rod. So
if knew square area of inside of hsg a gallon mite raise oil level 1/8 inch.
