having problem when increasing rpm up and when load comes on and when governor opens engine wants to die then have to cut throttle back to idle. any suggestions. 52 8N side mount dist.

Does choking hurt or help. If it hurts then it is running to rich. If helps it is running to lean or lack of fuel flow. Pull the carb drain plug and make sure you have a good steady flow of gas that will fill a pint jar in less then 3 minutes and 2 is even better

Sounds like a fuel supply issue. Check the flow into the carb. if there is a drain on the carb, open it into a can. it should flow freely foe a full 2 minutes at a rate that would flow
through a 1/8 inch hole. If it rushes then slows down to a steady flow it is OK if it rushes then slows down to a trickle it is plugged up. Jim

haven't tried pulling choke it runs so well without choke but soon as I increase rpm starts to die . thanks for those tips I will try the fuel volume I also just added a fuel line from bowl to carb with brake line hose maybe to small?

Brake line hose, as in rubber hose?

Can't use rubber brake hose, gas will swell it shut.

Replace the whole line with steel preflared brake line. It is designed to hand bend easily. Route it as far from the exhaust as practical. No inline filters, just the screen in the tank and sediment bowl.

If that doesn't fix it, try opening the main fuel adjustment 1/4 turn at a time until it will take sudden throttle without hesitation.

Such symptoms can be caused by lean mixture but, as always, most are caused by weak ignition.

Always verify that ignition is spot on before looking to carburetion.
