Need some help this morning. I am helping a friend with this John Deere 3 point rotary mower #606. The slip clutch is broken and the parts are very expensive from Deere. Looking for an aftermarket slip clutch (maybe less expensive). I can find clutches that have a 1-3/8" 6 spline female one end and 1-3/8" 6 spline male other end. But, can not find a 1-3/4" 20 spline female to a 1-3/4" male. I have looked on the internet and called a couple of companies but so far nothing. Dennis

Can you replace the whole shaft?

Try Tractorjoe @ 1-888-860-9096 or online. 14385 23 Ave N, Plymouth, MN. I've never dealt with them but they get good reviews and they do list parts for your clutch online. I rebuilt a Land Pride clutch a few years back. Not much to it but I can't tell from your post just exactly what is broken.

Thanks guys, nether one has what he needs. So we will replace the worst parts and go from there.
