Over 320,000 in the dark this morning with no restoration time given and the number keeps growing.
Will be hot and dry as the storm pulls all the weather north with it.
I'm going back to bed.

We are in New Braunfels, Texas. At breakfast in the hotel this morning we talked with a couple who had driven here from La to get out of the path of Delta. They had minor damage from the previous storm and did not know yet if they suffered any more damage. They were ready to go home.

The official landfall of the two storms was 10 miles from each other.
Its bad enough to have one storm but to have a second one before you have even finished cleaning up is got to be heart wrenching.

I know how that feels. We had four tornadoes hit this county. In a week. One mans ranch was hit twice.
