if you had the oppertunity to buy some farm ground now, would you?
interest is low, but prices are high, im talking midwest farm ground,

just was trying to get some unbiased thoughts!

One thing that isn't made anymore (except in in Hawaii & other places where certain types of volcanoes are found) is new land. If there is an opportunity for you to buy some at a fair price, & you can afford it, GO FOR IT!

I'd buy up farm land in a hurry. Try & keep it away from those suburbanites as long as I can. That said, if it's being sold as agricultural & not residential land, go for it. Make sure it fits the budget, though.

If you have the chance to buy raw land at a fair price, do it and hold on to it, it's better than money in the bank, and as long as you own land, you should never go hungry, especially in these uncertain times.

Farm land is for sale every day, but there’s only two kinds. The one kind you would love to have, but can’t afford. And the other you could afford but either you can’t make any money off or it needs you to clear and drain. Unimproved farm land around me sells for 10 grand per acre. Improved land ( tile drain, trees and fences clear ) can bring 15 Grand every day, all day long. And the prices are still just going up, it’s stupid!

Bought farm land in Wyoming in 1989. Taxes on land was $800 a year. Sold it ten years later, taxes on land was$1700. Will never own land again. County wants money, they can get it somewhere else.

Think its many are betting that prices will really rise because of the inflated currency,holding cash will be a loser if it happens.I think it will and buying about anything that I think will stay up with rising prices.

Most of the time, farm land only comes up for sale once in your life time. So if you want it, need it, or can't live without it, buy it because you will not get a second chance.

Depending on the election results may be a big factor on whether you can keep it if you do buy it. And then the Bolsheviks May still confiscate it. Especially with this socialist agenda coming in the future years. Even if nnalert gets in there will only be 4 years before it may change.
